Legacy Heating & Cooling is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installation Technician in Spokane, WA. The role offers $30-$40 per hour, full-time with flexible scheduling and an optional 4-day work week. You will install commercial systems, coordinate activities, and ensure high safety and workmanship standards.

Join a growing Inland Northwest team, mentor junior installers, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain customer satisfaction across projects.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Experience installing commercial HVAC equipment and duct systems.
• Knowledge of furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigerant systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Commitment to safe work practices and delivering high-quality installations.

Responsabilidades

• Install commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and associated equipment.
• Coordinate installation activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and job site safety.
• Mentor and assist less experienced installers when needed.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure quality results.
• Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members.
• Help deliver projects efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
