This role involves providing service to the Construction Division, where candidates must possess over 10 years of hands-on HVAC experience, a high school diploma, and completion of an HVAC Apprenticeship Program. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC issues, interacting with clients, and maintaining company tools. The position requires a professional demeanor and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC trade as a commercial service technician.
• Completion of an HVAC Apprenticeship Program and appropriate state licensure.
• Competent at diagnosing refrigeration systems and air distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer concerns and evaluate possible solutions.
• Diagnose and repair problems accurately and timely.
• Explain deficiencies and suggested repairs to the customer.
• Perform service, repairs, and maintenance in a timely manner.
