Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC trade as a commercial service technician.
Completion of an HVAC Apprenticeship Program and appropriate state licensure.
Competent at diagnosing refrigeration systems and air distribution systems.
Responsibilities
Listen to customer concerns and evaluate possible solutions.
Diagnose and repair problems accurately and timely.
Explain deficiencies and suggested repairs to the customer.
Perform service, repairs, and maintenance in a timely manner.
