Jetson Home Inc. seeks an experienced HVAC installer lead to manage an install crew and transition homes from gas furnaces to heat pump systems. You will guide less-experienced technicians and collaborate with engineering teams to streamline installation processes.
The role requires deep residential install experience, NATE/Section 608 preferred, and strong reading of blueprints. Jetson offers full-time employment, comprehensive benefits, and robust safety standards in the U.S. market.
Qualificações
- Must have proven install team member and team lead experience.
- NATE and Section 608 certification preferred.
- BPI certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to read blueprints/schematics.
Responsabilidades
- Install new heat pump systems following blueprints and building codes.
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning/replacing filters.
- Test heat pump systems for proper functionality.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve products and processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client questions.
