Qualifications

• Eight or more years of HVAC and refrigeration experience.
• Strong residential and commercial service background.
• Experience supporting or mentoring other technicians.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and install a wide range of systems.
• Professional communication and appearance.
• Organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Handling advanced troubleshooting and specialty service calls
• Supporting residential and commercial installations
• Serving as a technical resource for other technicians
• Assisting with job planning, materials coordination, and project support
• Communicating clearly with customers, dispatch, and leadership
• Mentoring junior technicians and supporting team development
• Completing accurate digital work orders and reports
• Maintaining company tools, vehicle, and equipment
