Job summary

Forbes Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, a Scottsdale, AZ-based HVAC and refrigeration company, is hiring experienced Service/Install Technicians. You will perform service and installation tasks on commercial and residential systems and travel to customer sites.

The role emphasizes a strong professional attitude, time management, and collaboration with dispatchers, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, bonuses, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong professional & positive attitude, conduct, and appearance.
• Properly prepare for & complete calls as dispatched by the office.
• Manage time and route for efficient travel.
• Complete preventive maintenance procedures.
• Submit accurate and legible work orders, forms & inspection reports.
• Complete all work orders, required & available information.
• Maintain vehicle, tools and test equipment in service-ready condition.
• Cooperate with dispatchers and keep them informed of needs, activity and whereabouts.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a paperless environment.
• Service Titan proficiency is a desirable skill.

Responsibilities
