Job summary

The role requires a technical HVAC background, 5+ years of relevant experience, and NM licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical HVAC training with equivalent work experience.
• At least five years HVAC or facilities maintenance experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• MM-3 license or JR certificate required.
• EPA Section 608 certification required for refrigerant work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot and repair hospital HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and building systems.
• Support general hospital maintenance and facility projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.
