Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hospital HVAC systems to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on HVAC equipment and related building infrastructure systems.
• Assist with general hospital maintenance, including building repairs, equipment maintenance, and facility-related tasks.
• Monitor system performance, respond to maintenance requests, and assist with emergency preparedness activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, codes, policies, and procedures; support the safe operation of the facility.
• Assist with general overall maintenance of the facility.
