• Prioritizes projects to maximize efficiency while maintaining safety standards.
• Communicates effectively within a matrixed organization and under pressure.
• Analyzes financial/managerial accounting data and prepares leadership-ready documents.
• Mentors Facilities Engineer I and II and supports cross-training to grow the team.
