Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years experience as an HVAC Estimator.
• Experience as an HVAC Purchaser.
• Ability to forecast building costs and knowledge of estimation formulas.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope by studying documentation and meeting with clients.
• Collect documentation like plans and specifications.
• Determine labor and material costs for projects.
• Gather bids and negotiate with service providers.
• Create and submit estimates.
• Review junior estimators bids for accuracy.
• Budget and forecast using software.
• Generate take offs for sheet metal, piping, insulation, and controls.
• Create contracts and purchase orders for projects.
