Qualifications

Experience as HVAC estimator preferred.
Ability to forecast building costs and knowledge of estimation formulas.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Fully understand the project scope and requirements by studying documentation, meeting with clients, and visiting relevant locations
Collect necessary documentation such as plans, drawings, and project specifications
Determine the key variables for cost and conduct research to determine expected labor and materials costs
