Qualifications

• HVAC design experience in nuclear or process chemical environments.
• Familiarity with NFPA 90A/90B/91/801; ASHRAE Fundamentals; ASME AG-1/509/510; SMACNA; ARI 410/430/450.
• Active eFOCI registration and DOE Facility-Level Clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• HVAC design development and calculations for equipment sizing, duct sizing, pressure drops, tower sizing, and air balancing.
• Create/modify piping and instrumentation diagrams and system descriptions; coordinate with fire protection and vendor documents.
• Follow SRNS processes and procedures; operate under SRNS programmatic guidance.
