Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with at least 5 years in HVAC.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and control drawings.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot performance issues using Niagara-based BAS.
• Document maintenance actions in CMMS/BAS logs.
