Job summary

The role requires five years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage work orders using computers and mobile devices. This is a full-time on-site position with rotating after-hours coverage and mandatory background checks.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as an HVAC and Controls Technician.
• Advanced BAS and HVAC experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience maintaining, repairing, and trouble-shooting boilers, chillers, rooftop units.
• Ability to use computer and cell phone to manage work orders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC and controls systems.
• Make repairs to HVAC equipment and control systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Install, maintain, program, repair, and troubleshoot Building Automation Controls and related equipment.
• Identify the parts needed for timely repairs.
