This role involves leading substation design projects, coordinating with other engineering teams, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and ten years of experience in high voltage substation design. A Professional Engineering License is preferred. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with high voltage substation design is required.
• Strong knowledge of utility standards, NESC, and construction techniques.
• Professional Engineering License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary substation design projects.
• Coordinate electrical design with civil/structural teams.
• Create detailed project proposals.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Maintain excellent client relations.
