Job summary

Luzco Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Senior Physical Substation Engineer in St. Louis, Missouri. This senior-level role requires extensive experience in high-voltage substation design (69kV–345kV). You will lead design efforts, mentor engineers, and interact directly with utility clients.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, and at least 8 years of relevant experience. This position is fully on-site, ensuring close collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in physical substation design.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu.
• Ability to manage scope and deliver quality designs on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high-voltage substations, owning design packages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines.
• Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting and QA/QC.
