Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects in the Houston area. You will lead HV execution, manage EPC contractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget alignment from late development through COD and handover.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management on major capital energy projects.
• 7+ years HV scope delivery: substations, switchyards, gen-tie, interconnection.
• Experience leading EPC contracts, change orders, and claims avoidance.
• Strong commercial judgment and executive reporting ability.
• Ability to coordinate with utilities, ISO/RTO, and contractors.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership across development to construction phases.
• Lead cross-functional teams for safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Manage baseline schedules, critical path, forecasts, and COD risks.
• Oversee budget reforecasts, cost trends, and project economics.
• Prepare executive-level status reports on risk and decisions.
• Manage EPC contractor performance and change control.
• Lead commercial review of change orders and claims.
• Own HV scope interfaces and energization planning.
• Drive HV design, procurement, and commissioning readiness.
• Support turnover to Asset Management with complete documentation.
