Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher with related controls hardware experience.
• 5 years of experience with C/C++, PLCs, computer architecture, and embedded/industrial networking.
• 2-3 years experience with electrical design, schematics, PCBA layout interpretation, or component specs.
• 2-3 years experience with power converter control design and power electronics.
• 3 years minimum experience with automation, test-driven development, and engineering test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop embedded firmware for power converter control systems.
• Design and implement robust control solutions for power converters and embedded interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C).
• Write, compile, test, and debug firmware through full product lifecycle.
• Develop and use simulation models of power converters to validate behavior.
• Analyze electrical schematics, hardware interfaces, and control system behavior.
• Perform hands-on hardware debugging in a high-voltage lab with safety protocols.
• Lead or support validation testing of control software and hardware.
• Review product requirements for clarity and testability; propose improvements.
