Job summary

SMX is seeking an experienced Intelligence Exploitation Analyst – Expert to support HUMINT-focused missions and DoD collaborations. You will produce analytical products, threat assessments, and briefings to senior leaders, contributing to targeting, source development, and exploitation operations.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, CONUS/OCONUS deployment, and a track record of all-source intelligence excellence across regional and geopolitical analysis.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience delivering high-level intelligence briefings (O-5/GS-14 level or higher).
• Minimum 6 years all-source intelligence experience with 4 years at the operational level.
• Knowledge of interrogation, exploitation, detainee operations, and HUMINT methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced analytical and planning support for screening, exploitation, and other HUMINT missions.
• Interface with intelligence, interagency, and DoD entities to ensure effective team preparation and mission execution.
• Develop and present high-quality analytical products, threat assessments, and intelligence reports.
• Apply expert-level knowledge of interrogation, exploitation, and detainee operations.
• Utilize advanced experience in all-source intelligence tools and automation to develop products and assessments.
• Conduct regional, geopolitical, HUMINT analysis, and collection management to support objectives.
• Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings to senior leaders (O-5/GS-14 level).
• Collaborate with SOF, CT teams, and partners to provide actionable intelligence.
