Job summary

SMX seeks an Intelligence Collection Manager - Subject Matter Expert to oversee multi-discipline collection and production management for DoD and IC missions. The role involves directing collection plans, coordinating with theater and national partners, and delivering executive briefings and assessments.

Required are a TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years' intelligence experience (5+ at the operational level), and strong briefing/writing skills. Deployment to CONUS/OCONUS is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must possess a valid U.S. passport.
• Willingness to deploy CONUS and OCONUS as needed.
• 8+ years of total intelligence or intelligence operations experience.
• 5+ years in collection management with doctrine, policy and coordination experience.
• Experience advising on collection management for routine, contingency, SAP and compartmented missions.
• Excellent briefing and executive-level writing skills.
• Proficiency with intelligence automation, collection management applications, tools and databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of intelligence collection and production management.
• Advise on doctrine, policy, procedures, oversight, and coordination at multiple levels.
• Serve as SME for collection management during routine ops, contingencies, SAP, and compartmented projects.
• Utilize automation tools and databases to support product development.
• Develop and prioritize intelligence collection plans to support objectives.
• Coordinate with National Intelligence Agencies and partners to advocate for requirements.
• Participate in forums to assist analysts with collection-related issues.
• Deliver high-quality executive briefings and written assessments.
