Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Senior HUMINT Collections Manager to join the team in Washington, DC, supporting a critical mission. You will lead collection efforts, work with a skilled team, and coordinate with the intelligence community to deliver actionable insights.

The role requires extensive HUMINT experience, strong communication skills, and a TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly. The pay range is $140,000–$145,000 with full benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred with 12+ years HUMINT experience (orBachelor’s with 17 years total experience).
• Experience with HUMINT intelligence automated systems and latest analysis tools.
• Knowledge of HUMINT reporting oversight and security guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly.
• Experience managing research and coordination projects.

Responsibilities

• Team with collection managers, analysts, and consumers to hit collection missions.
• Use advanced collection systems to keep operations aligned with mission needs.
• Collaborate with the IC to bridge gaps and develop strategies.
• Partner with all-source analysts to refine collection plans and strategies.
• Manage large datasets, create visualizations, and build models to convey findings.
• Develop tools to assess collection success and drive improvement.
• Provide actionable feedback and refine collection approaches.
• Lead training programs to sharpen collectors’ skills.
