Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Senior HUMINT Collections Manager to join our team in Washington, DC, in support of an important mission. You will work with a skilled team to advance HUMINT collection efforts and deliver actionable intelligence.

The role requires a strong HUMINT background, leadership, and collaboration with the intelligence community. Master’s degree is preferred; TS/SCI with CI Poly is expected in some positions.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUMINT intelligence automated systems.
• Familiarity with current intelligence analysis tools.
• Knowledge of HUMINT reporting oversight and security guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers, analysts, and users to ensure HUMINT missions meet objectives.
• Use advanced collection systems to keep operations aligned with mission needs.
• Coordinate with IC to bridge gaps and develop actionable strategies.
• Lead training programs to sharpen collectors' skills.
