Job summary

Prescient Edge in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced Collection Operations Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to lead HUMINT collection programs. You will coordinate with analysts and consumers, apply collection systems, and optimize operations to deliver timely intelligence. Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience are required.

You will develop methods to evaluate collection effectiveness, produce actionable findings, and present training programs for HUMINT operations across the IC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of HUMINT collection management experience.
• Experience with HUMINT automated systems.
• Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with collection managers to guide HUMINT operations.
• Apply collection systems to inform analysts and consumers.
• Assess gaps and tailor collection operations to customer needs.
• Execute collection plans and generate relevant intelligence.
• Produce analyses identifying gaps and model future scenarios.
• Develop and present instruction programs for HUMINT operations.
