Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Intelligence Collection Manager in McLean, Virginia to provide HUMINT collection management guidance, produce collection postures, and support decision-makers at senior IC levels.

This role requires TS/SCI with Poly and extensive HUMINT collection management experience, plus a deep understanding of IC policies and processes. You will coordinate with IC leadership and craft briefings for policy makers and Congress.

Qualifications

• HUMINT collection management experience and knowledge of policies and collection processes.
• Familiarity with the IC and its components, missions and interrelationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with senior leaders and cross-agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide HUMINT collection management advice and expert knowledge.
• Produce collection postures and support caucuses with products and recommendations.
• Assist in production of collection emphasis messages and other products.
• Support decision makers with written products and briefings for senior IC members.
• Build and maintain relationships across the IC.
