Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Lead HUMINT Collection Manager in the Reston/DC area. This role leads collection operations, mentors a technical team, and interacts with senior decision makers to optimize intelligence gathering.

A Top Secret/SCI with poly is required, and travel within the NCR may be necessary. The candidate will draft IIRs, coordinate with IC partners, and provide input to collection strategy documents while ensuring high-quality reporting and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of applicable work experience.
• Experience leading a technical team and presenting briefs to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior decision makers on asset application, solutions, and resource allocation for collection against national requirements.
• Draft and deliver reports and briefings on collection operations.
• Coordinate collection issues, priorities, and requirements to maximize mission impact.
• Lead technical team as the point of contact to leadership and customers.
• Travel within the NCR as needed.
