Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Mid-level Collection Operations Manager to analyze how intelligence is collected and refine requirements to maximize mission impact. You will advise senior decision makers on asset use, and develop actionable reports while coordinating across internal and external partners.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree plus several years in intelligence, and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with the ability to pass a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience.
• Ability to work with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.
• Analytical and critical thinking to interpret complex data and draw conclusions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze how intelligence is collected and refine requirements to ensure mission impact.
• Advise senior decision makers on asset application and resource allocation.
• Draft and deliver reports and briefings.
• Work with databases and computer systems.
• Coordinate collection issues, priorities, and requirements to maximize mission impact.
• Represent defense HUMINT in agency and national forums.
• Provide input into collection strategy documents and plans.
• Travel within the NCR as needed.
