Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior robotics software engineer to shape application architecture for humanoid robotics. You will collaborate with architecture and software teams to build scalable software platforms and drive integration across devices and algorithms.

You will work with global teams to deploy solutions, optimize performance, and tackle verification challenges across whole-body control and manipulation tasks. This role demands deep ML/RL expertise and strong C/C++ and Python skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of robotics software development experience.
• Degree in computer science, robotics, computer engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in ML/RL for robotics and hands-on robot experience.
• Familiarity with robotics middleware frameworks.
• Experience with robot simulation and sim-to-real RL.
• Proficient in Python and C/C++, CUDA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive the application architecture for humanoid robotics, collaborating with architecture and software teams.
• Scale deployment and integration of robust implementations of new technologies in whole-body control and manipulation.
• Integrate hardware and software components; lead profiling, benchmarking, and verification activities.
• Provide deep technical guidance to resolve functional and system performance issues with internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams in US, APAC, and Europe to deploy solutions to customers.
