Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field such as Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, or Human Systems Integration.
• 4+ years of experience in HSI, human factors, or user-centered design.
• Experience with process mapping and formal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Axiom HSI process and master task analyses.
• Collaborate with engineers, operations, medical ops, and safety.
• Develop test plans, perform HSI analysis, and prepare reports.
