This Senior Human Services Program Analyst position, based in Miami-Dade County, is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing tuberculosis surveillance and investigation activities. The role involves conducting case investigations, home visits, contact tracing, directly observed therapy coordination, and data analysis to support disease control and prevention efforts within the Florida Department of Health.

Key qualifications

• Experience working with infectious disease programs such as Tuberculosis, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, or HIV/AIDS
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to perform work-related assignments
• Knowledge of public health principles and methods of data compilation, organizing, and analysis
• Ability to conduct fact findings, consultations, and interviews
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Preferred: Bilingual in English/Spanish
