Job summary

Florida Department of Children and Families is seeking a Senior Human Services Program Specialist in Riviera Beach to lead data analysis, program evaluation, and policy implementation across the Southeast Region.

You will train staff, develop curricula, monitor performance, and coordinate with State Office to ensure consistent service delivery. A bachelor's degree and four years of professional experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four years of professional experience in health, social, economic or rehabilitative programs
• A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for one year of the required experience
• Professional or nonprofessional experience as requires above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education

Responsibilities

• Monitors data and analyzes program eligibility, service delivery, and policy implementation.
• Plans and conducts pre-service, in-service, and policy update training for staff.
• Designs training materials and curricula to meet in-service needs.
• Provides guidance and consultation to Southeast Region staff on program issues.
• Tracks performance data and prepares statistical reports for evaluation.
• Coordinates between State Office and Southeast Region Operations to improve service delivery.
