Job Summary

Responsible for evaluating, implementing, and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including acting as System Administrator for all HR systems. Plays a key role in system maintenance, reporting, auditing, and data analysis.

Essential Functions
  1. Provide production support for HRIS across various areas including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Recruiting.
  2. Manage system updates: oversee upgrades and modifications, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  3. Design, develop, evaluate, and maintain the company's HRIS and user security.
  4. Negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that satisfy business needs and adhere to technical architecture.
  5. Perform root cause analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making to resolve system issues.
  6. Lead all system implementation projects.
  7. Translate end-user business needs into system design, configuration, documentation, and testing.
  8. Partner with managers to optimize HRIS functionality, and provide user training and support.
  9. Coordinate with IT staff as a liaison.
  10. Ensure processing documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with governance and audit standards.
  11. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and generate reports.
  12. Develop and support customized reports and data extracts.
  13. Guide HR team in report writing.
  14. Conduct monthly and quarterly headcount reporting for ZOLL Global.
  15. Provide weekly updates on employment activity for ZOLL Global.
  16. Design, configure, and maintain dashboards, alerts, and scheduled reports.
  17. Test and validate reporting solutions for accuracy and completeness.
  18. Educate end-users on reporting capabilities and seek continuous improvements.
  19. Maintain 401(k) Plan Sponsor Website data, process contributions, and correct errors per federal law.
  20. Stay informed on current trends and best practices in HR technology.
Required / Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems/data analysis, with Workday experience required.
  • Experience with data file transfers and imports required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong root cause analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills for system issues.
  • Experience in systems implementation: requirements analysis, process design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Access preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of multitasking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills across all organizational levels globally.
  • Driven to improve processes and automate tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling data.
  • Strong interest in learning new HCM technologies.

Compensation ranges from $100K to $120K, determined by experience, skills, certifications, and location.
