Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who is looking to expand their responsibilities and experience in a full-service Human Resources office. This position's main focus is to lead up Recruiting and Onboarding efforts for the property and work with the team on all other HR functions such as engagement, training, communication and more!

  • Administer and communicate company policies, procedures and programs.
  • Process employment‐related paperwork, including data input into the company’s HR systems.
  • Review and advise management staff on team member matters including hiring needs,employee relations and policies
  • Promote effective communication between employees and management.
  • Assist in coordinatingactivities to meet the training needs of the property.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Three (3) years of human resources experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of HR concepts, policies and procedures, with clear understanding of legal compliance requirements and employment laws.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized and detail‐oriented.
