PolyCon Solutions seeks an on-site Senior Human Resources Specialist with prior federal experience in executive staffing to support our subcontractor and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising management and customers on a variety of federal human resource management concepts, laws, policies, practices, and regulations related to executive recruitment and staffing (Title 5 and/or equivalent federal executive system).
