Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7-10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and HRIS systems.
• PHR certification preferred.
