In this role, you’ll lead employee relations initiatives and oversee benefits programs that support engagement, equity, and consistency across the organization. You’ll partner closely with leaders to navigate nuanced employee matters, deliver practical guidance, and help shape a workplace culture where people feel supported, heard, and empowered to do their best work.

This opportunity begins as a six-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role. It’s well suited for an experienced HR leader who enjoys hands‑on impact, collaboration, and the opportunity to grow with the business.

How you'll make an impact:

• Serve as the primary contact to managers for employee performance and corrective action.
• Oversee administration of health, welfare, and retirement plans; ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and other regulations.
• Partner with managers to support employee goal creation, reviews and career pathing.
• Oversee complex investigations and ensure consistent resolution practices.
• Manage vendor and broker relationships.
• Report and analyze the cost analysis for medical claims while partnering with Finance for budget and forecasting.

The skills & experience you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years managing employees
• Expertise navigating compliance and regulations related to employee terminations, severance pay, and reduction in force and position elimination.
• Experiencing administering a medical plan with referenced-based pricing and Rx Carve-Out
• SHRM‑SCP or SPHR certification is strongly preferred.
• No travel is required as a contractor.
