In this role, you’ll lead employee relations initiatives and oversee benefits programs that support engagement, equity, and consistency across the organization. You’ll partner closely with leaders to navigate nuanced employee matters, deliver practical guidance, and help shape a workplace culture where people feel supported, heard, and empowered to do their best work.
This opportunity begins as a six-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role. It’s well suited for an experienced HR leader who enjoys hands‑on impact, collaboration, and the opportunity to grow with the business.
