The Senior HR Manager for the Ceramics Business Unit supports the Human Resources Department in implementing strategic initiatives aligned with business growth and operational excellence. This role serves as a business partner to manufacturing leadership while managing both unionized and non‑unionized employee populations. The position requires expertise in labor relations, employee engagement, and manufacturing HR practices to support our advanced ceramics operations in Strongsville, Ohio.
