Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and ability.
• Proven experience as an HR professional for 10 years with comprehensive HR principles and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and multi-state regulations preferred.
• Ability to work with a positive outlook and adapt to changes.
• People-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Experience with HR systems, metrics, and reporting (UKG preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay Range: $80,000-$120,000

While junior HR staff typically handle day-to-day administrative tasks, a Senior HR Manager focuses on the big picture—aligning the company's people strategy with its overall business goals.

What You'll Do

• Participate in a cross-functional rotation, gaining hands‑on experience and a deep understanding of every area within the department.

What We're Looking For
