We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across the Technology & AI function, translating our strategic ambition into workforce requirements, shaping the organization and building the capabilities needed for the future.
As a Senior HRBP within the Global HR Tech & AI team, you will be a strategic workforce architect, executing a forward‑looking talent strategy while building robust and trusted business partnerships. This role will also depend on deep, proactive collaboration across our global HR network to deliver the broader AXA XL people strategic initiatives effectively and consistently.
You will report to the Global Head of Human Resources, Technology & AI Office.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $190,000 USD.
AXA XL is a global Company. The salary range noted above is applicable only for US applicants.
Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
