These focus areas reinforce our values and help improve patient care, infection prevention, and operational efficiency.

The Role

Reporting into the Director of People & Culture, the Bilingual Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at the managerial level provides strategic human resources consultation and support to designated business units. The Sr. HRBP will play a key role in coaching and developing leaders to drive performance and engagement across their sectors.

What You Will Do
  • Design, execute, and oversee initiatives that align with organizational objectives, corporate culture, and operational practices.
  • Serve as a strategic partner with Human Resources and other Centers of Excellence (COEs) to evaluate, create, and deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with management to proactively assess organizational challenges and provide expert consultative support in areas including:
    • Advanced management of complex employee relations and conflict resolution.
    • Talent management and staff development.
    • Talent acquisition and workforce planning.
    • Onboarding of new leaders and enhancement of employee engagement.
    • Delivery of training programs and management development.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with leadership teams, advising management towards constructive results.
  • Lead special projects as assigned.
What It Takes To Be Successful

  • Proven background in Employee Relations, with robust knowledge of both California and Federal employment law.
  • Extensive experience encompasses the entire Talent Acquisition lifecycle: sourcing, recruitment, selection, assessment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, with an ability to consult, influence, and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Skilled in leading and facilitating focus groups and learning initiatives.
  • Demonstrated project management experience in implementing small-to mid-scale programs.
  • Capacity to maintain strategic perspective while executing hands-on responsibilities.
  • Minimum of eight years’ experience within a relevant field, including at least three years in a leadership capacity.
  • In-depth understanding of departmental procedures; prior experience in the Service or Hospitality industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; proficiency in English and Spanish required.
  • HR certification is preferred.
  • Genuine commitment to serving as a collaborative member of the HR team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support client groups.
Why You Will Love It Here
  • The satisfaction of driving real change in the industry and people’s lives
  • A diverse community of people who are driven by a shared purpose
  • A business that acts with integrity in all interactions with co-workers, leaders, and customers
  • We value others and build success by appreciating differences in thought, opinion, background, skills, and perspectives
  • An environment of continuous learning and development
  • Flat organizational structures which elevate employees’ level of responsibility
