Job summary

Dairyland Power Cooperative is seeking a senior Human Performance Improvement (HPI) professional to lead Organizational Effectiveness programs. You will apply causal analysis, training, and coaching to strengthen performance across the organization within a collaborative team.

You will develop standards, guide leadership, and drive continuous improvement using industry methods. A strong background in HPI/HOP and a driver’s license are expected; headquarters are in La Crosse, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical, human factors, organizational, or business discipline is required.
• Five or more years of experience applying HPI/HOP in high-hazard environments are required.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Organizational Effectiveness programs and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Integrate HPI principles across analyses, actions, and training to improve performance.
• Develop standards, measures, and continuous improvement priorities for programs.
• Coach leaders and staff in HPI methodologies and program management.
• Provide guidance to management on complex performance issues and risk.
• Communicate program health and trends to leadership with evidence-based recommendations.
