Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 10 years in Human Factors or related field.
• Strong knowledge of human factors and device regulatory requirements.
• Experience in team and people management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HF activities across product lifecycle in regulated environments.
• Develop HF plans, task analyses, use error analyses and risk mitigation.
• Prepare regulatory submission materials and post-market analysis.
• Mentor junior scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive strategic HF assessment for innovative designs.
