Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. in related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of HF engineering industry experience (aerospace preferred).
• Foundational knowledge across core HF competencies.
• Ability to develop clear written technical documents and guidelines.
• Experience with task analyses, human error analyses, and HITL testing.
• Ability to translate HF findings into actionable engineering guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Citizen or eligible status for U.S. employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise HF standards and best practices.
• Create training materials for enterprise HF documents.
• Support AI tools for HF processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve enterprise HF outputs.
• Provide HF guidance to program-embedded engineers and designers.
• Apply HF principles to ACE program activities and evaluations.
• Support anthropometric analyses and ergonomic evaluations.
• Assist verification planning and HITL test support.
