Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience in program development or human services.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and volunteers across school-based and community-site programs.
• Plans, coordinates, and evaluates inclusive youth, teen, adult, senior, and family activities.
• Ensures equitable outcomes using trauma-informed, human-centered approaches.
• Manages facility operations, safety, and compliance with guidelines.
