Job summary

LMI is seeking a Human-Centered Design Specialist IV for Research & Healthcare to support VA portfolios. The role focuses on expert interviews, synthesis of qualitative research, and producing the Magnify Report for SBIR contracts.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5–7+ years of human-centered design or related research experience.
Experience supporting federal healthcare or complex health programs.
Strong writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Magnify Report development for SBIR contracts.
Plan interviews, synthesize findings, and document program context and user needs.
Translate research into clear executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
Collaborate with VA leaders, program teams, and other stakeholders.
Maintain traceability between evidence, findings, and recommendations.
