Job summary

Leidos in the Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA) seeks a Senior Human Capital Data Analyst to support a National Security program. You will analyze workforce data, build visualizations in Excel and Tableau, and provide analytic support for human capital initiatives across IC agencies.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, strong communication of complex findings, and a deep background in workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in data analysis or related field.
• Master's degree with 10+ years preferred.
• No degree with 24+ years of relevant IC data experience.

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Capital Data Analyst to support a critical National Security program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience analyzing workforce data, building data visualizations, and providing analytic support for various human capital initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of data analysis tools, the ability to communicate findings clearly, and a strong background in workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data, including metrics related to hiring, retention, atrition, and organizational mobility, to identify trends and labor projections.
• Build and modify data visualization dashboards, reports, and other analytical products to meet client needs.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of position description libraries to standardize role information across the organization.
• Administer and manage relational databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets for consistent analysis.
• Support survey design and execution across 18 Intelligence Community (IC) agencies.
• Provide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
• Manage HR data and conduct thorough analysis to support workforce planning and decision-making processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience
• Master's degree and 10+ years of experience
• No degree with 24+ years of experience
• Requires BA/BS and 8+ years of experience supporting data management, data governance, data integration, or enterprise data environments; or no degree and 12+ years of relevant experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Prior experience in data analysis within the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Strong ability to communicate technical or analytical findings in an easily understandable format through graphic, written, and verbal means.

Core Tools

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and relational database management is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cognos for reporting and dashboarding.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with additional tools such as VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal (POPS), PD Library, and Lawson.
• Experience in workforce analytics and workforce planning, particularly in the context of human capital management and strategy.
