Job summary

NAOVI is seeking a Senior Human Capital Data Analyst with extensive experience in workforce data analysis, data visualization, and analytic support for human capital initiatives. The role requires a strong background in workforce analytics and the ability to communicate findings clearly.

Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI with CI polygraph and have experience analyzing data across multiple Intelligence Community agencies. The position is onsite with a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required with 18+ years of relevant experience; Master’s with 10+ years; or 24+ years with no degree.
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance required; no sponsorship offered.
  • Experience in data analysis within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Strong ability to convey technical/analytic results via graphics, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and labor projections.
  • Build and modify dashboards, reports and analytical products.
  • Maintain position description libraries for standardized role information.
  • Manage relational databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Normalize and integrate disparate data sets for consistent analysis.
  • Support surveys and data collection across IC agencies.
  • Provide analytic support for data calls and human capital initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning and decision making.

Job Description:

NAOVI is seeking a Senior Human Capital Data Analyst that will have extensive experience analyzing workforce data, building data visualizations, and providing analytic support for various human capital initiatives. The selected candidate will need to have a clear understanding of data analysis tools, the ability to communicate findings clearly, and a strong background in workforce analytics.

Primary responsibilities:
  • All candidates must currently possess an Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance for consideration of this position. Required
  • At this time, we Do Not offer clearance sponsorships for our positions.
  • Analyze workforce data, including metrics related to hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility, to identify trends and labor projections.
  • Build and modify data visualization dashboards, reports, and other analytical products to meet client needs.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of position description libraries to standardize role information across the organization.
  • Administer and manage relational databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets for consistent analysis.
  • Support survey design and execution across 18 Intelligence Community (IC) agencies.
  • Provide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
  • Manage HR data and conduct thorough analysis to support workforce planning and decision-making processes.
Experience and Education:
  • BA/BS degree and 18+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 10+ years relevant experience or no degree and 24+ years of experience.
  • Prior experience in data analysis within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Strong ability to communicate technical or analytical findings in an easily understandable format through graphics, written, and verbal means.
  • Core Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and relational database management is required.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Cognos for reporting and dashboarding.
  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with additional tools such as VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal (POPS), PD Library, and Lawson.
  • Experience in workforce analytics and workforce planning, particularly in the context of human capital management and strategy.
