Prolific is seeking Senior HTML/CSS Developers to join their Expert Network for AI training and evaluation. The role allows you to work from home with flexible hours and pay of up to $40/hr. Candidates should have a BSc in a relevant field and real-world experience. Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated HTML/CSS, ensuring technical correctness, and providing feedback on design implementations. A mastery of HTML5 and CSS3/4 is essential, alongside experience with frameworks like Tailwind CSS.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: a BSc or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a closely related technical field.
• Professional Experience: real‑world experience as a Senior Frontend Developer or UI Engineer specializing in HTML/CSS.
• Deep Domain Knowledge: expert understanding of the CSS cascade, specificity, the box model, Flexbox, CSS Grid, accessibility standards (WCAG), and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Code Quality: a high standard for clean, semantic markup and maintainable CSS.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Code Accuracy: review AI‑generated HTML/CSS for functional correctness.
• Validate Logic & Reasoning: audit step‑by‑step explanations provided by AI for layout solutions.
• Conduct Execution Testing: verify model‑generated markup in appropriate environments.
• Annotate Model Performance: identify areas where a model produces inaccessible markup.
• Refine Technical Logic: provide structured feedback on responsive design and component architecture.
