Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Associate Director to lead enterprise HSW programs for US real estate and enterprise accounts. You will influence executive leaders, shape policy, and drive risk governance across multiple portfolios.

Hybrid role requiring collaboration with engineering, project managers, procurement, and site teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and harm‑free operations while promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of progressively responsible experience in HSW leadership or enterprise program management.
• Experience communicating to corporate senior level leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide HSW programs in large programs across construction/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HSW strategy, governance, and performance across real estate and enterprise accounts.
• Partner with executives to align HSW goals with business objectives and operations.
• Oversee risk governance, audits, and health and safety advisory services.
• Develop scalable HSW programs and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Lead safety culture initiatives and leadership development for HSW teams.
