Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; alternative: equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Additional certifications as required by the local authority.
• Ability to guide exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive and proactive safety culture and ensure compliance.
• Implement and review playbooks and procedures to drive program consistency and efficiency.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Track operational and safety risks and develop risk management strategies.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports and provide prevention recommendations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the account and develop strategic solutions with management.
• Communicate findings, concerns, and deficiencies to responsible managers.
• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values and collaborate across stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
