Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr HSSE Operations & Project Execution Associate to safeguard health, safety, and the environment across development, execution sites, and operations. You will implement HSSE management systems, investigate incidents, and monitor performance metrics to achieve KPIs.

You will collaborate with Operations, Project Execution, and Engineering teams, conduct HSSE training, and travel extensively to sites within the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health, Construction Safety, or Environmental Science or related field required.
• OSHA/EPA knowledge desirable; certifications preferred.
• Minimum 6 years experience in lieu of a degree considered; 3+ years EHS in energy/industrial setting advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure health and safety of employees, contractors, and subcontractors on facilities and projects.
• Drive continuous HSSE improvement across operations, project execution, and engineering.
• Travel domestically >50% of time; work with a company vehicle.
