Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an EHS Specialist II to join our safety team in McKinney, TX. The role partners with site Operations and the EHS teams to cultivate a world-class safety culture, drive regulatory compliance, and advance environmental and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities include delivering EHS training, performing risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and supporting audits. Requires 5+ years in HSE, OSHA knowledge, and Spanish fluency, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and root cause analysis.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking.
• Bachelor's degree in safety-related field or substitution with experience.
• Travel ability for meetings and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical safety and health support to the site Operations team.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training to employees.
• Develop and execute the site safety improvement plan.
• Perform risk assessments of site operations and implement defenses.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support process hazard analyses and Job Safety Analysis.
